The product I ordered was what I thought I needed, but I was wrong. I emailed Square Trade with my problem/question and was I pleasantly surprised. First of all, they called me back immediately. I find that rare in today's business world. I was explained the difference in the products and the difference in prices. I was told how to change my order and did so immediately. Now I have the product I wanted and needed. I highly recommend doing business with Square Trade. You will be pleasantly surprised.

I was only 6 months away from my 3-year warranty expiring on a Vizio 42" LCD HDTV. The TV's sound began to fail. After a few emails back and forth, Squaretrade determined it was best to REFUND me the ENTIRE TV purchase price. And, they did! I can't speak for everyone, but they kept their word with me.

I purchased a 19" flat screen TV for my mom for Christmas in 2008. Additionally, I purchased an extended 3 year warranty through Square Trade for a very reasonable cost. The TV worked well for the first year and then started to have power problems and then finally went dead. After going thru several tests it was determined that the power supply was gone bad. I contacted Square Trade customer support and advised them of my problem. The rep was very courteous and knowledgable in dealing with the issue. He had me ship the TV to a specified location using a Fedex shipping label that Square Trade supplied. Within a week of sending it I was told by Square Trade that the TV was indeed no longer working and they would give me a full refund for the purchase price. Within a week after this dicussion the full purchase price was deposited in my Paypoal account. This was an easy transaction and Square Trade lived up to their solid reputation. I would highly recommemend anyone purchasing an electronic device or an appliance to apply for an extended warranty through Square Trade. They offer the best coverage for the cheapest price and are reliable !

I purchased a square trade extended warranty for a 42" LCD TV. The Tv broke within the first six months and that left square trade as my only hope for restitution. They were very helpful and after filling out two short forms and emailing them to them my claim was filed. I was shocked by the ease of the process and the wonderful communication from square trade. The full amount of my purchase was put into my paypal account within 2 days. I recommend square trade to any and everybody looking to insure their belongings.
